A: 45-60 days after confirmed PI.

A: 1*20GP per model.

Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 30% TT in advance,70% balance against BL document/ LC 

Q: How about the guarantee?
A: home use model have1 year guarantee. Commercial model have 3 years guarantee.
Please take clear big picture of the damaged parts,Better take a small video to explain once you find damage.
Once get the picture or video,we will analysis and guide you how to fix it asap. All spare part will be send by DHL for free.
If damaged caused by human caused,it might not in this list.
